I am in constant communication with developers, city planners, urbanites, and project sales offices. I watch the trends, watch the prices. I know what is on the market now, as well as what is planned for the future. I understand that there has been some community pressure for the developers to be more receptive to the needs of the community. I think this will be a good project, but I hope the developers will find an amicable resolution to this pressure so that everyone can benefit from this project.
